This ink is exactly the same colour as Ink Studio 964, but in retro package.

Fun fact: 964 was the first Sailor ink I had touch with, I got only sample and loved the colour. I bought this retro set during my Japan trip having no idea that this is the same ink. That was nice surprise

I’ve got a bottle second hand and – despite being in theory unused – I have a feeling that it evaporated a bit and was darker than original.

I’ve got also cartridges. They also evaporated a bit. You can see some difference in writing samples:
